Hi! My name is Ziqiao Claire Wang, and I am the founder of Little Firefly, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, particularly children with disabilities. As a national-level fencer, I understand firsthand the power of physical activity in building confidence, resilience, and community. That’s why I’m passionate about ensuring every child, no matter their circumstances, has access to enriching experiences that can shape their future.
I founded Little Firefly because I believe that small acts of kindness, when united, can create a profound impact. A single firefly may only shine a tiny light in the darkness, but when many fireflies come together, they transform the night into a tapestry of light. In the same way, our organization alone can only do so much—but with every volunteer, supporter, and advocate who joins our cause, we can brighten the lives of children and create lasting change in our community.
